- We DO NOT refund shipping and handing
- Received wrong or defective item(s).
- Did not receive ordered item(s).
- Customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery date.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to approval.

Why isn’t my tracking number giving me updates? 
Your package needs to reach a USPS/UPS Sort Facility and get scanned into their system. Until then, please allow some time for your tracking number to return updates.
